PRICING DETAILS

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable), but do not cover delivery fees unless specified. If the VAT rate changes before we dispatch your order, we will adjust the final cost unless full payment has already been completed.

We will only charge your payment method once your order is ready to be shipped. A confirmation email will be sent at that time. The goods become your property once the full payment has been received. In the case of delayed payments, we may apply a daily interest charge of 2% above the Bank of England base rate until the full balance is cleared.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

Unless otherwise noted, BANWELL LTD is not the original manufacturer of the items listed. While we do our best to display accurate product details, variations in colour or packaging may occur due to screen display differences or manufacturer changes.

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to products to comply with regulatory requirements or to enhance performance, provided such changes do not impact their intended use.


ORDER HANDLING & SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times:
Orders submitted before 4:00 PM GMT on working days are typically handled the same day. Orders received after this cut-off or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the following business day. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended.

Delivery Options:
Shipping services and associated costs (including VAT) are clearly stated during checkout.


UNFORESEEN DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

If an unexpected situation arises that delays your delivery, we will notify you promptly. We do not offer compensation for such delays. However, if the delay becomes excessive, you may cancel the order and receive a refund for items not yet dispatched.

Should we be unable to fulfil your order due to external circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a full refund for the unshipped items.


CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with your statutory rights.

If the item has already been delivered, it must be returned within 14 days of cancellation. Please use a tracked delivery service and retain the receipt as proof of return.

Only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded. Any extra fees for express delivery will not be reimbursed.

We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the item or proof of postage. Refunds are issued to the original payment method without any deductions. Items must be returned in unused and resaleable condition. Refunds may be reduced or rejected if the items are returned in a used or damaged state.


RETURNS POLICY

If your product is defective or not as advertised, please contact us at info@banwelluk.com or through our website.

Please clearly explain the issue and state whether you’d prefer a refund or replacement. When possible, include photos or a short video to support your claim.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid label for returning the item. You’ll receive updates throughout the process.


WARRANTY

We provide a 12-month warranty on our products against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse or regular wear and tear. Your legal rights remain unaffected.


CUSTOMER RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Within 30 days: Full refund for faulty items.
  • Within 6 months: If the product can’t be repaired or replaced, a refund may apply.
  • Up to 6 years: You may be entitled to a partial refund if the product fails to last a reasonable time.

PRODUCT USAGE

Our products are for domestic or personal use unless specified otherwise. Any misuse, modification, or commercial use may invalidate your warranty or return eligibility.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If you place an order from outside the UK, you may be subject to additional import duties or taxes imposed by your local customs office. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

All international packages may be inspected by customs authorities.


TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

We may cancel the contract if you fail to accept the delivery within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, we reserve the right to recover any associated losses.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BANWELL LTD is not responsible for:

  • Indirect losses that couldn’t be foreseen
  • Delivery delays due to external events
  • Losses caused by misuse or failure to follow usage instructions
  • Business or commercial-related losses

These exclusions may not apply in all jurisdictions. We do not exclude liability for fraud or for injury or death caused by our negligence.


AGE RESTRICTIONS

Our products are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. Orders must be placed by or with the supervision of an adult.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

We may transfer our rights or obligations under these terms to another company without affecting your rights.

This contract is solely between you and BANWELL LTD. No third party has rights to enforce any part of it.

If any provision is found to be unlawful or invalid, the rest of the terms will continue to apply.
