If your order has already been delivered, you will need to return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. Return postage is your responsibility unless the product was faulty or free returns were stated at checkout.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. If the return is lost and no proof is provided, we may not be able to process your refund.
- If your order is cancelled before dispatch, we will process your refund within 14 days of notice.
- If you’ve returned an item, the refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods or proof of return.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. No processing or administration fees apply.
Returned items must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale. If any parts, packaging, or labels are missing—or the item appears used—we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund or reject it entirely.
